Individual Fitness Plans
Each student is required to create their own individual fitness plan. This plan will be used in the fitness center for 30 to 35 minutes every class period we meet. Students are expected to plan for and perform cardiovascular and strength training exercises in the form of two to four different daily workouts. Students will receive a grade of 0-5 on the actual fitness plan and graded daily on the completion of their daily workouts.
